Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Legal Company Secretary based in New Delhi. The Head Legal Company Secretary will be responsible for overseeing all legal activities and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, managing legal assistants, performing clerical duties, and managing the diary of legal matters and appointments. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth legal operations and timely execution of tasks.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
Experience in managing Legal Assistants
Strong Clerical Skills and Diary Management abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Relevant professional qualifications and certifications in law
Experience in a not-for-profit organization is a plus
