Role description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Panchkula. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing client queries and concerns. They will also coordinate with legal teams to provide timely updates to clients, manage client documentation, and facilitate communication between clients and the firm. Additionally, the role includes identifying potential client needs and opportunities for the firm.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relationship management and customer service
Ability to manage client documentation and maintain records
Knowledge of legal processes and terminology is a plus
Organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
