Role description

Desired Qualification – Law Graduate / Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a reputed college/university.

Experience – 10 years of experience preferably in the education industry and having a blend of court practice and corporate experience.

Designation – AGM / GM

Work location – Mumbai, Malad

Job responsibilities:

To manage Litigation and Part of Non-Litigation.

Disputes Resolution – Litigation Management:

Disputes Resolution – Non-Litigation Issue and Day to Day Query Resolution:

Contracts:

Drafting of property documents, sale deed, trust deed, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, MOUs, TOSs, agreement to sale and other property documentation. Advise on land & property matters.

Drafting of all commercial and legal documents as per the requirement of business to ensure that they are in accordance with the corresponding laws.

Effectively validate the documentation pertaining to various business deals to ensure legal compliance and guide the management team on the same.

Compliance of business contracts and obligations and guide on consequences of breach of any provisions, thereby protecting the organization from any legal ramifications.

Advice, guide and assist all internal stakeholders/departments/sister concerns, Corporate Office, Zonal office, Centres/Schools on Legal matters

Keep management updated on development periodically.
