About the Job Opportunity
Corporate Lawyer having expertise in agreement vetting and drafting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Independent review of the Medium to High Complexity Agreements;
- Keeping abreast with updates on changes in laws and carrying out impact analysis
- Understanding the relevant rules and regulations and including the same in the drafts
- Negotiating the agreement with the partners
- Assisting the legal function in standardizing the drafts
- Coordinating with the relevant stakeholders in closing the agreements
- Maintaining the contract management tool
- Provide day to day advisory to internal stakeholders.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Experience in agreement vetting and negotiation
- Good command over English language ( all levels – speaking, writing and comprehending)
- Go-getter – ready to take challenges
- Skills in time management
- Business friendly and collaborative
- Stakeholder management.
- LLB (Preferably – 5 year integrated course)
- 7-8 years (Preferably from a law firm )
