Role & responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, contracts, and MOUs.
- Help in filing statutory forms and returns with regulatory authorities like ROC, MCA, and SEBI.
- Assist in handling secretarial audits, due diligence, and compliance monitoring.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, auditors, and legal teams for corporate filings and reports.
- Legal and secretarial Due diligence.
- Advising on corporate governance
Preferred candidate profile:
- Must be pursuing CS (Executive/Professional) from ICSI
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate laws
- Must be residing at Mumbai
- Basic Knowledge of ROC filling, secretarial compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Good drafting skills for preparing board resolutions, minutes, and agreements.
- Ability to follow Senior’s instructions clearly .
