Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Asst Company Secretary located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing the company’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include organizing board meetings, maintaining company records, ensuring company policies align with legal requirements, and liaising with regulatory bodies and stakeholders. The Asst Company Secretary will play a key role in corporate governance and ensure transparency and accountability in company operations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Corporate Law and Corporate Governance principles
Experience with Compliance Management and Statutory Obligations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain company records and handle documentation efficiently
Experience in organizing and facilitating board and sub commuttee meetings and all board directors logistics
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields preferable
Membership in Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is preferred
