About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate located in North 24 Parganas. The Associate will be responsible for handling legal research, preparing legal documents, providing regulatory advisory, drafting agreements, interacting with clients, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires staying updated with Central and State Government regulations and ensuring compliance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Legal research, drafting agreements, and preparing legal documents
- Regulatory advisory and staying updated with relevant laws and guidelines
- Client interaction and representation in court proceedings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in real estate, family matters, and Intellectual Property Rights is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification
