Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary Fresher and CS Trainee located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Company Secretary Fresher and CS Trainee will be responsible for assisting with ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and regulations, managing documentation and filings, and coordinating with regulatory bodies. Additional day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, maintaining records, assisting in meetings, and providing support for strategic business transactions and structuring.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Corporate Laws
Skills in Documentation, Filing, and Regulatory Compliance
Ability to prepare reports and maintain detailed records
Proficiency in assisting with meetings and coordinating with regulatory bodies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field preferred
Interest in pursuing a career as a Company Secretary
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
