About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time role for an Associate located in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The applicant should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with a law firm or as an in-house with experience in contract drafting and negotiation. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with corporate commercial transactions, legal research, drafting legal documents, and client consultations. Daily tasks include drafting and vetting of commercial documents, research, coordinating with partners.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Strong skills in corporate commercial transactions and dispute resolution
- Experience in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in legal software and online research tools
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; LL.M is a plus
- Prior experience in a law firm or as an in-house is preferred
