About the Opportunity
HSA Advocates is looking to onboard professionals for its Strategy & Business Development team. This role offers exposure to law firm growth strategy, client engagement, and market positioning, making it ideal for candidates interested in the business side of legal practice.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Working closely with leadership and partners on strategic initiatives
- Preparing credentials, marketing materials, ranking submissions, and RFP responses
- Assisting in client pitches and business development activities
- Coordinating across practice areas and managing stakeholder alignment
- Planning and executing conferences, events, and external engagements
- Supporting media, communications, and branding initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest in strategy, marketing, and business development within a law firm
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
