About the Organisation
NPS Trust has been established by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, to safeguard the interests of subscribers under the National Pension System. It monitors intermediaries such as pension funds, trustee banks, custodians, and recordkeeping agencies.
Key Responsibilities (Legal Role)
- Handling legal matters related to subscriber accounts, claims, and disputes
- Drafting policies, SOPs, FAQs, and legal documentation
- Reviewing and vetting legal documents and policy frameworks
- Ensuring regulatory compliance within the NPS architecture
- Handling Ombudsman cases and legal follow-ups
- Supporting claim processing, investigations, and compliance matters
Eligibility Criteria (Legal Role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in BFSI sector)
- Experience in areas such as claims, succession, KYC/AML, disputes, or investigations preferred
- Age Limit: 25–40 years (as on 28.02.2026)
Compensation
- Executive: ₹70,000 per month
- Senior Executive: ₹80,000 per month
- Analyst: ₹1,00,000 per month
- Senior Analyst: ₹1,50,000 per month
