Eligibility Criteria
Deputy General Manager (Legal):
- Law degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in government/PSU or private sector (with prescribed CTC criteria)
Assistant Manager (Legal):
- Law degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling legal matters related to contracts, arbitration, and disputes
- Advising on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
- Drafting legal documents, agreements, and opinions
- Managing litigation and compliance-related matters
- Supporting organizational legal strategy and risk management
Selection Process
- Assistant Manager (Legal): Written Test + Interview
- Deputy General Manager (Legal): Interview only
Compensation
- DGM (Legal): ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹28.46 LPA)
- Assistant Manager (Legal): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹16.01 LPA)
