Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct title search reports and property due diligence
- Review land records, revenue documents, and statutory approvals
- Identify legal risks, encumbrances, and compliance issues
- Analyse and summarise regional language documents
- Support transaction teams with structured due diligence reports
