The role requires strong ownership, legal acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the role should possess:
- LL.B./LL.M. from a reputed institution
- 4–6 years PQE
- Preferably prior law firm experience
Primary Responsibilities & Expertise
Candidates should possess expertise in:
- Commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Manufacturing contracts
- Built Operate and Transfer (BOT) contracts
- Contract manufacturing agreements
- Metal recovery contracts
- Private equity transactions
- Project finance transactions
Legal Knowledge Required
- Labour Codes & labour compliances
- FEMA
- Companies Act
- DPDP & privacy laws
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Preference may be given to candidates having:
- Secretarial experience
- Corporate due diligence exposure
- Experience in filings, minutes, and resolutions
- In-depth Companies Act knowledge
- Exposure to Middle Eastern laws and related contract advisory work
Skills Required
Candidates should possess:
- Strong legal drafting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial understanding and analytical thinking
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and work proactively
