The role includes regular court appearances, legal drafting, procedural compliance, and client coordination.

- Drafting legal documents including:
- Plaints
- Written Statements
- Applications
- Affidavits
- Complaints
- Legal Notices
- Conducting:
- Legal research
- Case law analysis
- Preparation of case briefs and litigation strategies
- Regular appearances before:
- District Courts
- Magistrate Courts
- Other judicial forums
- Assisting in:
- Court proceedings
- Filing and procedural compliance
- Litigation management
- Coordinating with clerks for:
- Filing
- Inspections
- Certified copies
- Managing:
- Client interactions
- Case updates and communication
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
Professional Requirement
- Enrolled with the Bar Council
Experience
- 0–2 years of litigation experience
- Freshers with strong internship exposure may also apply
Required Skills
- Good drafting and legal research skills
- Familiarity with:
- Court procedures
- Filing systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to:
- Civil litigation
- Commercial litigation
- Criminal litigation
- Basic understanding of:
- CPC
- CrPC/BNSS
- Evidence Law
- Proficiency in:
