About the Role

- Compliance and risk assessment
- Corporate and commercial legal matters
- Coordination with business and product teams
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising:
- Commercial agreements
- Corporate contracts
- Managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle independently
- Advising on FinTech regulatory frameworks relating to:
- RBI regulations
- DPDP compliance
- Payments ecosystem
- Digital lending
- Outsourcing frameworks
- Identifying legal risks and providing business-oriented solutions
- Collaborating with business and product teams on compliance matters
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the role should possess:
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Corporate contracts
- Commercial agreements
Mandatory Requirement
- Hands-on FinTech experience
Preferred Skills
Candidates should possess:
