Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be involved in:
- Corporate restructuring assignments
- Drafting and handling schemes of arrangement and amalgamation before the NCLT
- Providing stamp duty advisory
- Assisting in succession planning matters
- Handling general corporate advisory work
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of relevant PQE
- Strong experience in corporate restructuring work
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- Strong legal acumen and analytical ability
- Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently
