Roles & Responsibilities
- Working directly with law students on training, placement readiness, and career transition
- Supporting the institution in building and strengthening industry relationships
- Translating Tier 1 law firm expectations into structured student preparation programs
- Driving recruiter engagement and managing on-campus placement processes
- Providing student counselling and career guidance
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years PQE at a Tier 1 Indian law firm
- Clear understanding of expectations for fresh graduates in top law firms
- Strong interest in legal education, mentorship, and career services
- Ability to work independently and engage with senior stakeholders
