About the Opportunity
Legalmage LLP is inviting applications for the role of Associate / Advocate to work on cybercrime and litigation matters. This position offers practical exposure to court procedures, coordination with authorities across India, and active involvement in legal strategy and drafting work.
The role is particularly suited for candidates who are eager to gain real-time litigation experience and are comfortable with travel-based assignments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling and assisting in cybercrime-related legal matters
- Liaising with Cyber Cells and other authorities across India
- Drafting legal documents, filings, and conducting legal research
- Assisting in court appearances and litigation strategy
- Coordinating legal proceedings within and outside Delhi
- Supporting senior advocates in ongoing cases
- Traveling for filings and case-related work
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Enrolled with any State Bar Council
- Basic to working knowledge of Cyber Law and Criminal Law
- Understanding of legal procedures and court processes
- Strong interest in litigation and practical court work
Skills & Preferences
- Female candidates will be given preference
- Willingness to travel frequently for work assignments
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent command over English (written and spoken)
- Professional attitude and eagerness to learn
Work Details
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Work Structure: Delhi + Outstation assignments
- Travel Expenses: Borne by the firm
Salary
- ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
