About the Opening
Position: Kunal Khanna & Co. are looking for an associate to join their litigation team.
- Location: Jangupra Extension, New Delhi
- Mode of Joining: Offline/In-Office
- PQE: 0-2 Years
- Qualification: LLB (preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council)
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting a range of legal documents including commercial and civil suits, trademark/copyright/design cancellation petitions, Regular First Appeals, and more.
- Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with Court requirements.
- Conducting legal research on platforms like SCC, Manupatra, and assisting with case strategies.
- Engaging with clients and coordinating legal matters.
- Representing clients before various Courts of Law including argument preparation and assisting in mediation processes and other Courts of Law.
