Udyog Sakha is seeking a diligent Law Intern to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student to gain hands-on experience in both litigation support and extensive property-related documentation.
About the Role:
The intern will be involved in a diverse range of tasks, providing a practical understanding of legal and bureaucratic processes. The role is primarily desk-based and focuses on ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Work
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
- Assist in drafting legal notices, petitions, and other court documents.
- Help with case preparation and management for the firm’s own cases.
Property Documentation (Industrial Land Focus)
- Draft and review various property agreements.
- Handle paperwork and liaise with government departments such as HSIIDC, HSVP, and Town & Country Planning.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and processed efficiently.
- Perform data recording and manage miscellaneous property-related administrative work.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently enrolled in or completed an LLB program
- Excellent drafting skills are a must.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong interest in property law and documentation.
Internship Details:
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Type: Full-time, in-office.
- Location: Plot no. 351, Pace City II, Sector 37, Gurgaon.
- Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 per month + performance bonus
