Internship Details
- Position: Long-Term Legal Intern
- Number of Positions: 2
- Location: Fort, Mumbai
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
- Stipend: Paid (details to be discussed during selection process)
Scope of Work & Exposure
Interns will get exposure to:
- Matters before Bombay High Court, Gujarat High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, Arbitration Tribunals, and District Courts of Mumbai
- Drafting of Writ Petitions, Appeals, Applications, Legal Notices, and Agreements
- Vetting of legal documents
- Assisting Senior Advocates and Counsel
- Attending conferences with Senior Advocates and Counsel
- Litigation and non-litigation advisory work
