About the Opportunity
OnePaper Research Analysts is offering a Legal Internship for Law students or Law graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in legal research, compliance, regulatory affairs, and dispute resolution.
This is an excellent opportunity for interns to learn and contribute to the legal framework surrounding financial research and trading recommendations.
The internship duration is from 11th November 2024 – 11th January 2025. The working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to financial laws and SEBI regulations.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Review and ensure compliance with relevant legal standards.
- Help in the dispute resolution process related to trading recommendations or client issues.
- Participate in meetings and discussions about legal strategies and compliance measures within the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law Students (preferably in the 2nd or 3rd year) or Law Graduates
- Strong communication skills, a keen interest in legal research, and a basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Stipend
INR 15,000 – INR 25,000 (depending on experience and skills).
