Role & Responsibilities
The intern would primarily be required to perform the following tasks:-
- Legal Research
- Court visits (Supreme Court, High Court, District Court, and other forums, including National Tribunals)
- Assistance in drafting
- Assistance in the filing of cases
- Preparation of case briefs/case notes and other documents (as required)
The intern will be required to perform all incidental tasks relating to litigation and arbitration that may be required. Guidance will be provided for carrying out the work assigned.
Duration of the internship
1 month (can be extended per requirement and preference)
