Position: IP Research Intern (Patent & Trademark Projects)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship)

About the Internship
As an IP Research Intern, you will assist in developing structured test modules, question banks, and case-based assessments aligned with the latest examination patterns and laws. This internship provides hands-on exposure to Patent Law, Trademark Law, and IP education content creation.Key Responsibilities
- Research and draft multiple-choice and case-based questions for Patent Agent and Trademark Agent examinations.
- Assist in creating answer keys, explanations, and reference materials.
- Review and update questions as per the latest IP Acts, Rules, and recent amendments.
- Collaborate with the IP Manager and content development team to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Support in designing the final test structure and online test platform layout.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law, Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy students with a strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights.
- Good understanding of Indian Patent Act, 1970, and Trade Marks Act, 1999 (preferred).
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines.

- Conversion: Based on performance, this internship may lead to a paid full-time position at IIPTA.
