Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reading and analysing financial statements to check compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support in reviewing, data collation and interpreting various legal agreements and documents.
- Apply legal knowledge to real business scenarios under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate and contribute in live projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Pursuing CA / Inter CA / CS or CS Inter.
Basic understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze financial data.
Familiarity with legal interpretation and agreement drafting.
Knowledge of key Acts/statutes applicable to financial services, including SEBI regulations and Companies Act.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
