About the Job Opportunity
Position Reporting to: Circle Legal Head
Technical Competencies:
- Contract Management
- Litigation Management
- Compliance Management
- Liasioning with statutory bodies
- In-depth knowledge of Civil and Criminal Litigation procedure and practice
- In-depth Knowledge of Registration Laws
- Understanding of Municipalities and Panchayat Act
Eligibility & Qualifications
- LL. B from any college/university of repute duly recognized
- Experience – 8 to14 yrs
- Sound knowledge of civil, criminal laws, Telecom/Real Estate laws.
- Hands on experience in handling and managing the Litigation.
- The candidate should be proficient in writing, reading, and speaking of English and Malayalam.
- Ready to travel in short notice across Kerala to attend court matters.
