Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading patent filing and prosecution work
- Developing and implementing IP strategy
- Managing and protecting company IP assets
- Handling corporate and commercial legal matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Preferred Background
Candidates applying for the role should preferably have:
- Strong experience in Intellectual Property Law
- Prior patent filing and prosecution experience in India
- Understanding of technology-driven businesses
- Experience with US patents and corporate law (preferred)
