Senior Associate / Principal Associate – Patent Litigation
Experience Required
3–7 Years PQE
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong patent litigation experience of 3–7 years
- Experience in SEP litigation before the Delhi High Court is a significant advantage
- Engineering background preferred, especially in:
- Electronics
- Computer Science
- Telecommunications
- Ability to independently handle end-to-end litigation work, including:
- Drafting
- Listing
- Court Appearances
- Immediate joiners preferred
