Position: Senior Associate / Managing Associate
PQE Required: 6–7 Years
Location: New Delhi

Nature of Work
Independently draft and manage pleadings including Civil Suits, Appeals, Revocation Petitions, and Pre-Grant/Post-Grant Oppositions
Handle patent litigation matters before the Delhi High Court and relevant authorities
Advise clients on patent enforcement, defence, and litigation strategy
Independently draft, file, and argue appeals
Brief and assist Senior Advocates in complex patent matters
Eligibility Criteria
6–7 years overall PQE with 5–6 years focused on contentious patent litigation
Strong working knowledge of CPC, Patents Act, 1970, and commercial litigation procedures
Law degree from a recognized institution along with B.Tech / B.Sc.
Technical background in Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Registered Patent Agent (Mandatory)
