On Wednesday, six aircraft leasing companies were seeking an order from the NCLT to restrain Go First from commercially operating the aircrafts lend by them.
Its pertinent to note that the aircrafts are still available to the Airlines for use to resume their operations because they have not been deregistered by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
The leasing companies were not even allowed by the tribunal to conduct inspections of their respective aircraft/engines as it can affect the effectiveness of maintenance also the resolution professional was directed by the tribunal to maintain the efficiency of the engines and aircrafts.
