ABOUT THE DREAM LAW

DreamLaw, an initiative by Deadly Law group, is an Ed-Tech Platform with the vision to simplify law and legal studies in a way that even a layman can understand it. At DreamLaw our aim is to create a passage for everyone so as to have an access to quality legal education in India. The motive behind launching DreamLaw was to create resources for practical legal education since textbook learning, a common mode of teaching in law schools, have far been removed from the realities and needs of the legal industry.

Day 1 Speaker: Adv. Aditi S

With over four years of extensive experience in criminal and constitutional matters, Adv. Aditi S has represented clients in various courts across India, including the Delhi High Court, Jodhpur, and the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Her unwavering dedication to upholding justice and protecting the rights of the common people has earned her a notable reputation in the legal fraternity.

Adv. Aditi S’s session on “Mastering Oral Advocacy Skills” will draw from her rich experience and provide participants with practical techniques and insights to excel in oral advocacy. Her commitment to justice and her skillful handling of complex legal issues make her an exceptional guide for aspiring advocates looking to enhance their courtroom presence and argumentative skills. 

Day 2 Speaker: Mr. Avinash Srivastava

With over seven years of experience at the Chamber of Mr. Ashok Kumar Srivastava in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to our workshop.

Mr. Srivastava has been assisting in the research and drafting of various petitions and applications, including bail applications, applications under Section 482 CrPC, criminal revisions, petitions under Article 226 for the quashing of FIRs, petitions for charge-sheet quashing, and memos of criminal appeals. His extensive experience in handling complex legal documents and his strategic approach to legal challenges make him an invaluable resource for anyone looking to navigate the intricacies of moot court competitions.

ABOUT ELIGIBILITY

  • Students pursuing any undergraduate degree(BA LL.B/ B.Com LL.B/ BBA LL.B/ B.Sc LL.B/ LL.B etc. from a recognized university.
  • LLM students or researchers are also eligible.
  • Other law enthusiasts like students appearing in CLAT UG/PG.
