Socio-Legal Review of Marginalized and Conflict Studies (SLRMCS) is inviting submissions for its volume 1 through a call for papers.
About SCLRMCS
Socio-Legal Review of Marginalised & Conflict Studies is a peer-reviewed biannual journal whose main purpose is to foster cutting-edge research and debate on the intersections of law, politics, and marginalization with a specific focus on India.
The journal hopes to generate social, political, and legal discourses around the growing political conflict and rampant marginalization as well as its human cost. This becomes even more pressing in the age of capitalism and technology which are assumed to serve as force multipliers for further oppression and exclusion of the marginalised.
The journal aims to be the one-of-its-kind platform for publishing authoritative scholarship on the evolving paradigms vis-à-vis conflict and marginalization in the new world order.
Theme
The paper’s subject matter should be in sync with the journal’s core theme, which centers on the relationship between law and society, with a primary emphasis on marginalized communities or any international conflicts intertwined with legal frameworks.
