About The IP Law Post

The IP Law Post is a student-driven initiative at Hidayatullah National Law University aimed at facilitating dialogue on domestic and global Intellectual Property Rights (“IPR”) developments. It is an endeavour to create an inclusive and open space that bridges the gap between students, researchers, academicians, and professionals and brings together everyone with a keen interest in Intellectual Property Law.

Call for Blogs

The IP Law Post Blog (“Blog”) welcomes submissions in the form of articles, short notes, opinions, and case comments which explore the nuances, challenges and implications within the realm of IPR and foster dialogue on the contemporary, as well as important, domestic and international developments in the field.

To foster an extensive discourse in Intellectual Property Law, the Blog invites contributions from both students and legal practitioners.
