On 24th November 2022, the Shahdara Bar Association of Delhi prescribed a dress code for the law student and law graduates who wish to intern at the court.
The reason behind issuing this notice was that there was a difficulty in distinguishing law students and law graduates interning at the Court from the Advocates.
As per this notice, the new prescribed dress code for the students and graduates shall be white shirt, blue coat and trousers. This shall be applicable from 01.12.2022.
The notice also stated that on non-compliance of this code, their entry from Court shall be barred.
