After inaugurating the two days national conference on Digitization, paperless courts and initiatives by the Orissa high court. D.Y.Chandrachud also spoke about several initiatives and e committees oof the supreme court. The audience were also informed about the LGBTQ handbook which was launched last year. It was a book launched on the last constitution day, a 100-page document on the issues faced by the community in their homes,judiciary,when dealing with the cops, prison and even in hospitals.
He underlined the decision to come up with a legal glossary.
