Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B degree
- 2–4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Experience in litigation and arbitration
- Excellent command over spoken and written English
Additional Advantage:
- Knowledge of any regional language
- Prior arbitration experience
- Exposure to courts across the Delhi NCR region
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in providing legal advice on litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, applications, and dispute-related documents
- Support handling of litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes across courts and forums
- Work closely with senior team members and clients to identify legal risks and solutions
- Assist in developing templates, research notes, and legal strategies
- Contribute to client engagement and business development initiatives
