Role and Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- Experience in intellectual property law, specifically trademark law
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Admission to the Bar Council
- Experience in handling trademark applications, oppositions, and litigations
- Knowledge of Indian trademark laws and regulations
