About the Opportunity
Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications from final-year law students for its assessment internship programme. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate advisory, transactional work, and real estate matters, allowing interns to work closely with experienced professionals across diverse assignments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in negotiation of commercial contracts (service agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, consultancy agreements, etc.)
- Assisting in corporate advisory matters including company law compliance and governance
- Supporting business transactions, structuring, and documentation
- Conducting legal research on corporate and real estate law issues
- Working on title search reports (TSRs) and reviewing property documents
- Assisting in due diligence for transactional matters
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year LL.B. students (graduating between June–August)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
- Familiarity with company law, contract law, and real estate laws
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively
