It has not been made enough to had a sorry post for having made the abusive and vulgar post which will considered as a indecency regarding that person reputation. Thus an Actor and former Tamilnadu MLA Ve Shekhar had post an indecent remarks against the women journalist. So it has been observed that Apology for the behaviour will not stop the criminal proceeding regarding the indecency he had portrait.
The Supreme Court refused the petition filed against this Actor. As there many cases lodged against him after he had shared the post on social media account i.e Facebook.
Thus the lawyer of the Shekar said that, After realising the mistake Shekhar had deleted the post. As he had huge following on the social media, he had read someone else post and by mistakenly shared the post, added the lawyer.
