About the Event

The proposed two-day workshop at IIMA is aimed to academically explore and study the Indian insolvency ecosystem and its interaction with stakeholders, including international comparison. The aim is to fundamentally understand the causes and reasons of business failure, mitigation measures towards revival of business as a going concern and provide research-based suggestion for public policy decision making. The objective of the workshop is to develop good research culture to support these goals.

The submitted papers will be discussed in the workshop.
