About the Role
AlphaSense is hiring a Compliance Analyst for its India Compliance Review Team in Delhi. The selected candidate will support global compliance operations across different time zones and help ensure continuous compliance review coverage.
The role involves reviewing expert call transcripts, identifying confidential or material non-public information, conducting regulatory research, and ensuring that content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Review expert call transcripts to identify confidential information and material non-public information.
- Detect and resolve compliance-related issues in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Conduct due diligence reviews of expert calls.
- Document compliance violations and escalate non-compliance when required.
- Research financial reports, regulatory filings, and other publicly available information.
- Determine whether specific information is available in the public domain.
- Maintain accurate records of transcripts, processes, and workflows.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Support operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Work effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- 1–2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, operations, or related roles.
- Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, analyst, BPO specialist, editorial specialist, or in a similar position may be relevant.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent reading comprehension and proofreading abilities.
- Experience in drafting, research, investigation, or compliance review.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time-management and prioritisation skills.
