ABOUT THE COURSE
The 4-week Certificate Course on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act is a specialized program aimed at providing comprehensive insights into the legal framework and practical implementation of policies related to preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. The curriculum covers key aspects of the PoSH Act, including understanding the legal framework, defining and recognizing sexual harassment, and implementing preventive measures.
