About the Opportunity
K&S Partners is looking to expand its Trademark Team by onboarding skilled professionals with experience in trademark prosecution and opposition matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in the field of Intellectual Property Law with a reputed firm.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling trademark prosecution and opposition matters
- Assisting attorneys in trademark searches
- Preparing affidavits of use
- Corresponding independently with clients and providing updates
- Managing filings and compliance with the Trademarks Office
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–6 years of experience in trademark-related work
- Understanding of procedures and practices of the Trademarks Office
- Knowledge of Trademarks Rules, 2017, including applications, oppositions, and rectifications
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
